Order Process

Once you have decided on an invitation style, wording, font and color choice, you are on your way to having your one-of-a-kind invitation!

If you prefer, you may schedule an appointment with us in our Itasca studio. There you may view our complete line of custom invitations (including our entire portfolio) paper color and styles, typestyles, ribbon options and crystal options. We will guide you through the entire process, working together to achieve that perfect invitation just for you.

For your convenience, we also carry in our Itasca studio over 30 invitation albums from companies such as Encore Studios, Elite Weddings, Gala Weddings, Envelopements, XXOO and many more, for you to browse if you would like.

Invitations by Gina Inc. offers you several other options for your to submit your invitation order, depending on your comfort level.

•  Invitation orders may be placed via fax ( 630) 773-1772. This can be done by printing our order from located on our website. To download this you will need to have Acrobat Reader which can be downloaded free by going to this website: www.adobe.com

•  Invitation orders may also be submitted via mail. Once again, print out our downloadable order form located on our website and mail to:

deposits and payments

If you are placing your order via fax or mail, the entire payment is due to begin the process of your order and place you on the production schedule.

Payments are non-refundable.

Shipping and handling charges will be added to all orders. 6.75% sales tax will also be added to all orders.

If you are placing your order in our studio, 50% deposit is required to begin the order process and place you on the production schedule. The deposit is non-refundable. The balance of the order is payable when you pick up your invitations. If your invitations are being shipped directly to you, the entire balance is payable upfront. The payment is non-refundable.
