Production Schedule

Invitations by Gina Inc. provides invitations that are ordered custom per your specifications. Due to the customization of the invitations, the process takes several weeks to complete. Please use the production schedule below as a guideline in preparing to order your invitations.



placing your order

After you have decided on your invitation, whether coordinating the ensemble online or meeting with us in our studio to coordinate the ensemble, you are ready to place your order. At the time you place your order, we will work with you to prepare your wording and choose your typestyle. At this time, ½ down payment will be collected.

Your downpayment secures your order, and puts the process into motion. This down payment is non-refundable. With the placement of your order, you will receive a hard copy proof of your invitation ($25.00 fee). This usually takes 2-3 weeks to receive because the materials are ordered specially for your job. The proof will be accompanied by a proof approval form which once received you will have the opportunity to make any text changes you would like or change typestyle if desired. There may be fees for changes, depending on the nature of the changes. You will also have the opportunity to view another hard copy proof or fax proof (additional fee for either) if you desire.

Your proof approval form will also have a return deadline and an estimated time to complete the job once approved. We take pride in fulfilling your order strictly within our time allotments.

Once the approval form is received back, the order will then go into final production.

Once the proof is approved and marked ok to proceed, your order will then enter final production. Please allow 4-6 weeks in final production (your proof approval form will have specific production time allotments).

 

rush orders

Invitations by Gina Inc. will make a concentrated effort to ensure the best quality of invitations, which under normal circumstances take between 6-10 weeks to produce. Rush orders are handled on a time-sensitive basis and are only handled if the production schedule allows for the rush. If you need your invitations sooner than the next 8-10 weeks, please contact us to see if we can meet your needs. Rush charges may apply.
